Northern Virginia - July 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from June 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in June 2019 was down 3.0% from June 2018 and was up in only the two highest price categories. Through the first half of the year, contract activity is down 4.0% The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was just 24 days in June 2019, down from 31 days in June of last year.

Loudoun County - July 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from June 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in June 2019 was unchanged from last June but was up in the four highest price categories. Through the first half of the year contract activity is down 3.3%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 30 days in June 2019, down from 32 days in June of last year.

Montgomery County - July 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from June 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in June 2019 was up 4.7% from June 2018 and was up in four of the six price categories. Through the first half of the year contract activity is flat, up just 0.7%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 34 days in June 2019, exactly the same as June of last year.

Prince George's County - July 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from June 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in June 2019 was almost unchanged, down just 0.8% from June 2018 but was up for three of the five price categories. Through the first half of the year contract activity is up 2.8%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 40 days in June 2019, up just one day from 39 days in June of last year.

Washington D.C. - July 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from June 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in June 2019 was down 6.3% from June 2018 and was down in four of the six price categories. Through the first half of the year contract activity is up 2.1%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 32 days in June 2019, up from 30 days in June of last year.
